Overigens heb je ook popfile of SpamAssassin en nog vele anderen, google maar eens op “spam filters”

ik gebruik geen outlook maar thunderbird: die bekijkt zelf of er spam tussen zit, werkt goed…

Als je ISP geen SPAM-filter biedt: GMail en dan poppen (m.b.v. thunderbird).
